Hi {{first_name}}!
We are thrilled to announce that Hacking HR’s AI Experience Summit Virtual is returning June 17–19, 2026 and we would love for you to join us as a speaker.
This is one of the events we look forward to most each year, and this edition is shaping up to be our most substantive yet.
Over three days, we're bringing together senior leaders, practitioners, and researchers to tackle the questions that matter most right now: closing the gap between AI ambition and measurable outcomes, scaling what works, and governing what's already everywhere. We'd be honored to have your voice and experience as part of that conversation.
Here's a look at what we have planned:
DAY 1 — Strategic Leadership and AI Readiness (June 17)
Moving from uncertainty to direction in the age of intelligent systems.
Sessions:
Strategic AI Leadership in 2026: What Has Actually Changed
AI Readiness as a Strategic Capability
From AI Strategy to Organizational Alignment
Fluency Without Overwhelm
Trust, Transparency, and Explainability
Preparing Leaders for AI-Driven Decisions
DAY 2 — Execution, Work Design, and Scaling (June 18)
Turning ambition into systems that work under real conditions.
Sessions:
From Pilots to Platforms: Scaling AI That Actually Works
Redesigning Work for AI at Scale
Agentic AI in Practice: Oversight, Accountability, and Control
Measuring the Real Value of AI
Scaling Without Breaking Trust
Vendor Dependency and AI Risk
DAY 3 — Governing, Protecting, and Sustaining AI at Scale (June 19)
From experimentation to responsibility, ensuring AI strengthens trust, accountability, and long-term value.
Sessions:
Governing AI When It's Everywhere
Preparing for the 2026 Regulatory Reality
Ethics Under Pressure: Decision-Making When Speed Matters
Human Judgment as the Final Safeguard
Inclusion, Equity, and Uneven Impact at Scale
Sustaining AI Over Time: What Happens After the Hype
We're looking for speakers with direct, on-the-ground experience — practitioners, executives, and researchers who have navigated these challenges inside real organizations. If you have a compelling perspective or a case study that others in the field need to hear, we want to hear from you.

Mental Health Summit
We are also inviting faculty and speakers for our May summit focused on driving sustainable performance through holistic wellbeing and mental health strategies.
This three-day experience will explore how organizations:
Position wellbeing and mental health as drivers of performance and long-term sustainability
Strengthen leadership accountability for mental health outcomes
Redesign work to reduce burnout and systemic overload
Equip managers to support wellbeing effectively
Build psychological safety, trust, and early intervention systems
Apply measurement and governance to sustain wellbeing impact
We are seeking leaders, practitioners, HR professionals, consultants and wellbeing experts who can connect mental health to work design, leadership behavior, systems, risk management and measurable organizational outcomes.
If your experience includes building, leading or influencing wellbeing and mental health initiatives at scale, we would value your voice in this conversation.
Teaching Opportunities
We also invite you let us know if you are interested in teaching in our:

• Preparation typically takes about two hours
• You receive a clear syllabus with objectives and guiding questions
Teaching with us is a volunteer contribution centered on serious, applied learning. While we do not offer financial compensation, faculty gain meaningful visibility, thought leadership exposure, and engagement with one of the largest global HR and people leadership communities.
If you are interested in teaching or would like to explore alignment, please complete the short form below. Submitting it does not guarantee a role, but it allows us to understand your background and follow up when there is strong fit.
Thank you!
